Our most famous Art in the Park application is found here:

I spoke to someone from the Arts Council on Friday, the Community/Non-Profit applications for groups like ours will be posted later in the month, as they want to process the vendor applications first. I will be monitoring this, and might submit the vendor application anyways, I have an account made in GetCommunal just in case.

Our application for Art in the Park has been approved, and I have submitted the booth fee, just waiting for final confirmation of our space in the map in mid-June. On the day, setup will ideally be after 7am, with the event running from 9am-4pm on Canada Day. I think we'll bring the big board games, and if we have enough people, maybe some small clay project for the kids. We'll talk about it more at the June Meeting, but at least two other people would be as volunteers would be appreciated, or several more people who can rotate throughout the day.

Just got the schedule and confirmation for Art in the Park. We are booth 17, right on the far side of the Rose Garden in Riverside Park. I will try to bring the tent, tables and maybe the games in my vehicle, we'll practice loading them all in on the previous weekend. See you all at the meeting/BBQ on Thursday!

Alright, Canada Day is fast approaching. I think we'll pack everything on Tuesday afternoon/evening, and aim to be there for 7am to set up on Wednesday. So far, Graham and myself will be there all day, but anyone else who can pitch in for a few hours would be very much appreciated. We'll have the two big board games and our usual display items.

And in preparation for the Wednesday, I think Tuesday evening we should do a deep clean on the Space, including the laser cutter.
