Well, if you've been around the Space in the last year, you might know that I've been a little obsessed with woodturning. I should probably share what I've been up to, and I'll pick this piece, an offset rectangular bowl turned from a half-log of laburnum.
I'll also take this time to advertise my new venture, Buchner Woodcraft. I'll be selling my woodturnings online and at craft fairs in Kamloops, focusing on twice-turned bowls and vases salvaged from trees cut down in British Columbia. I'll make another post in the Woodshop section, but you might notice another tool in our Industrial Arts room.
