Hello again,

We are hoping to do a tour on October 15th if possible. I know it's not the Wednesday evening tour date but all our members are usually extremely busy on Wednesday evenings, including myself. Let us know if it works, and what time would be best.

When are you thinking and how many people?

Minimum 6 people it looks like. I am waiting for other people from different clubs to respond.

As for time I think sometime during the day, afternoon?, around 2pm might be good.

If needed I can come in before hand and help with some clean up, then meet with the students to make sure they know how to reach the place.

Looking forward to seeing this group see you in about an hour

We are on our way, but we just missed one of a bus be there closer to 2:30
